Billie Eilish Delivers One Of Her Biggest Tour Shows At Unity Arena
- Hosting Billie Eilish represents exactly what Unity Arena stands for, says Kjetil Bell Tveit, CEO of Unity Arena.
Unity Arena has already hosted sold-out performances from international stars like Sabrina Carpenter and Norwegian artist Broiler this year. The upcoming Pitbull concert in June sold out in just 10 minutes, further highlighting the venue's strong appeal. This weekend's concert showcases our commitment to bringing the world's top artists to Norway.
Enhanced Flexibility Attracts More Artists and Opportunities
The arena has recently implemented significant improvements, including acoustic enhancements developed by Vanguardia (the company behind The Sphere in Las Vegas). The newly introduced flexible configuration options now allow for shows ranging from 5,000 to 25,000 attendees, making the venue suitable for a broader range of performances.
This new flexibility has already resulted in numerous bookings for 2025 and 2026, giving fans plenty to look forward to. The three new configurations—"Box" (5,000-10,000), "Bowl" (10,000-16,000), and "Arena" (16,000-25,000)—enable Unity Arena to host more diverse events than ever before.

These enhancements to the current arena offer a glimpse of what's to come with the future entertainment hub, which aims to become a leading venue in Europe, built optimally for music and sporting events.
- The bookings we're securing, like Billie Eilish, demonstrate our continued commitment to bringing the world's top artists to Oslo, says Bell Tveit. We're not just building an arena, but creating a complete entertainment district that will set a new standard for the region, says Fredrik Steinum, Chairman of Unity Arena.
Sustainability at the Core
Unity Arena has implemented numerous sustainability initiatives as part of its renewed strategy. These include reusable cups, electrification of the venue's vehicle fleet, special eco-friendly wristbands instead of traditional plastic ones, a dedicated vegan food truck during concerts, and an on-site second-hand shop.
Beyond environmental sustainability, the arena also focuses on social sustainability through partnerships with local foundations and organizations working on youth mental health.
- Sustainability isn't just about the environment - it's about people too, explains Kjetil Bell Tveit. Our partnerships with mental health organizations allow us to use the arena to create meaningful experiences for groups who might otherwise not have the opportunity to participate in live events.
Through the strategic partnership with Oak View Group (OVG), Unity Arena continues to establish itself as a premier destination for international tours.
